Take 1 tablespoon a day for better gut health. You can have it alone, add it to a breakfast bowl or even use it in your post-workout shakes! A natural source of prebiotics and probiotics, keeping your gut microbiome balanced to prevent inflammation and disease.

Mask it

The anti-inflammatory properties of our blend make it the perfect solution for problem areas e.g. acne, eczema, or psoriasis. Apply onto skin and leave on for at least 20 minutes, once it has dried you can rinse it off gently. You can also try our double ended face mask brush if applying the blend topically.

Freeze it

Our blend is 100% natural so its best consumed within 2 weeks, unless you freeze it. Freezing the blend keeps it fresh for up to 3 months, without the need for chemical preservatives.
